The GICC’s new commitment to locally grown ingredients and stylish preparation under the direction of an accomplished chef distinguish GICC fare from the institutional food typically served by convention centers. We suggested the food service be branded in a captivating way to attract attention, build respect and enhance perceived value. The initiative has been highly successful internally, with staff, as well as with convention center clients.
